WESCO is based in Douala – Cameroon.
The Republic of Cameroon with its capital in Yaoundé and its economic capital in Douala is one of the most peaceful and stable countries in Africa. Cameroon being the big voice amongst the member states of the central African economic block is not doing badly in its economy at all. It is a democratic state and very open to foreign investment. Its history has little or nothing to say about the slave trade. The country is ethnically diverse, with about 250 individual groups. Tourism is not bad news in Cameroon, even though it is not well-developed. No tourist will ever regret for visiting the Waza Park in the Muslim populated north and beach areas of Kribi and Limbe in the south. Not to talk of the beautiful city of the seven hills, Yaoundé. The official languages are French and English, with French three quarterly spoken than English. The pride and beauty of this NATION lies in its bilingualism.
